Send your request
- Email admin@influblog.com with the subject ‘Influblog account deletion request’.
- State the email address used for your account and the relevant account: Creator, Brand, Agency or Admin. If you have several accounts, specify which ones your request covers.
- State that you request deletion of your account and its associated personal data. If you only want specific data deleted, explain that scope.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes or access keys. Your identity and connection to the account are verified when the request is assessed.
Assessment and retained records
We process your deletion request as soon as possible, usually within 30 days. Shorter statutory deadlines take precedence. You receive confirmation when the process is complete.
Account, profile, contact, uploaded content and connected social account data are assessed according to your request. Active campaigns, payments, invoices, contract and consent evidence, security records and disputes are also reviewed. Records with a legal retention basis may be kept with restricted access; the outcome and any retention reason are communicated in writing.
Request data deletion without closing your account
You can use the same address to request deletion, correction or a copy of specific data. For connected social account data, you can also use the data deletion control under Social accounts. Deleting social data does not close your Influblog account.
