# How campaign automation works in Influblog

Turn one campaign brief into a recorded flow for applications, creator tasks, proof, approvals and reusable content.

## Start with the outcome, not a creator directory

Influblog is a creator operations system for brands and the teams or agencies that manage them. A brand publishes what it needs, eligible creators apply, and the collaboration continues through one recorded workflow.

The public campaign showcase is campaign-first. It is not a consumer product marketplace and it is not an open catalogue for selecting people by follower count.

- Define the business goal, deliverables, channels, compensation and proof requirements.
- Receive applications from the Influblog network or from creators who join through the brand showcase.
- Keep accepted creators, contracts, tasks, deliveries and decisions connected to the same campaign record.

## The repeatable campaign workflow

The task center turns a campaign decision into operational steps. Each participant sees the work that belongs to their role without receiving access to another tenant's private records.

1. **Define the campaign** — Choose the target, campaign type, compensation model, product or service scope, required content and review or proof obligations.
2. **Publish or invite** — Use the Influblog campaign showcase, the brand's application page, a QR entry point or a private invitation.
3. **Review applications** — Compare fit and accept the creators who should receive a task. Acceptance preserves the campaign and agreement context.
4. **Track delivery and proof** — Creators submit links, videos, screenshots, visit proof or other required evidence through their task.
5. **Approve or request a revision** — The responsible brand or agency reviews the submission and keeps the decision in the same collaboration history.
6. **Reuse approved content** — Approved files stay connected to the campaign so the brand can use them within the recorded usage-right scope on websites, product pages, social channels or ads.

## What integrations automate—and what they do not

Connected commerce systems can reduce repetitive work. Depending on the supported provider and capability status, Influblog can connect products, creator coupons, zero-value PR orders, shipment state and attribution evidence to the campaign.

Automation does not remove conscious review. Creator selection, agreement acceptance, content approval, disputes and provider-specific obligations remain explicit steps. Availability depends on the current integration and product status; Influblog does not claim guaranteed provider approval or universal provider support.

- Barter, product plus payment and payment-only collaborations can use the same recorded task structure.
- Google and Trustpilot may be configured as honest review destinations where the campaign requires review proof.
- A review task records the obligation and evidence; it does not guarantee a positive review or official provider endorsement.
